These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alo mobile application, website, and communication services ("Services") provided by Alo ("Alo", "we", "us") at getaloapp.com.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Service description

Alo provides virtual international phone numbers, VoIP voice calling, contact management, and related telecommunication features through a mobile app. Alo does not provide outbound SMS or text messaging. Service availability may vary by country and is subject to carrier and regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will use the Services lawfully.

3. Account responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Do not share accounts or resell access without authorization

4. Virtual numbers and usage

• Numbers are licensed for use through Alo, not sold outright
• Numbers may be reclaimed if unused, unpaid, or in violation of these Terms
• Usage is subject to purchased packages, wallet balance, and fair-use limits
• International calling rates vary by destination

5. Payments and refunds

Wallet top-ups and package purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. Failed transactions due to technical errors may be credited at our discretion.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Alo for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed restrictions including spam, robocalling, and illegal telemarketing.

7. Third-party infrastructure

Voice services are delivered in part through third-party telecommunications providers. Service interruptions caused by carriers or upstream providers are outside our direct control.

8. Intellectual property

Alo, its branding, software, and content are owned by Alo or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal or authorized business use.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Alo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
